When the LLM is holding back

Even though I've been talking to LLMs for almost a year, I only recently stumbled over a technique that I now use daily.

You may know that LLMs like GPT can take on any role. This can be quite handy, as we saw in a previous post. By giving the LLM a role before your request, the response often becomes more detailed.

But there’s another aspect of this role play that isn't often mentioned, which I find even more powerful. It’s become my most frequent, and frankly most powerful “trick” for getting information from an LLM.
